Literacy Pittsburgh is pleased to offer Accounting Essentials. This course will prepare students for the
Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional certification. This certification can help open doors for
individuals looking to build a career in bookkeeping. No bookkeeping experience is required to register

The Intuit QuickBooks Online Certified User  (QBOCU) certification is an industry-recognized credential that validates one’s skills in using the Intuit QuickBooks Online accounting software. It is designed for students who are learning to use and master the QuickBooks Online software as part of their accounting, finance, entrepreneurship or business class. The certification is proof they have acquired the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Intuit QuickBooks Online software within a business environment whether they choose to open their own business or work for an employer.
