As Director of Development, Tim leads a team that manages all of Literacy Pittsburgh’s fundraising initiatives. His philosophy to successful fundraising is very simple; “It is all about building relationships.”
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of fundraising and non-profit management, including time with Grove City College, Community Day School, and Pittsburgh Opera, as well as the Polk Museum of Art in Lakeland, Florida. Tim also has experience as an independent consultant in various areas of fundraising including special events, annual fund campaigns, and board/volunteer management.
Tim is a member of the Pittsburgh Planned Giving Council. He is actively involved with the Western Pennsylvania Association of Fundraising Professionals and serves on their Executive Committee as Immediate Past President.
