Position Summary - Program Manager, Digital Skills

The Program Manager advances the mission of Literacy Pittsburgh by working with staff to help learners to achieve their academic and workforce development goals. The position manages one of Literacy Pittsburgh’s adult education instructional teams; English language learning, college and career readiness, partner programming, digital skills, or academics and curricula. The program manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of instructors, staff, and/or volunteers to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students while meeting contract and funding requirements. 

Reporting Relationships: Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives
FLSA Status: Full-time; Exempt
Starting Salary Range: $50,738.00 To $54,163.00 Annually
