Position Summary - Career Advisor

The Career Advisor is responsible for working with Literacy Pittsburgh’s students and partners to provide career and advising and services that enable students to achieve their employment, training, and postsecondary goals. The position provides career exploration, assessment, and advisement, and works with employers and training providers to connect students to opportunities for postsecondary education and work. The Career Advisor works with partners to ensure seamless provision of services to students.    

Reports to: Director of Student Services
FLSA Status: Full Time; Exempt
Salary Range: $37,208 to $42,500 annually
